Support

We reply to emails within 1–2 working days, usually sooner. Please write from the email address registered with your account and tell us your display name, what happened and, if relevant, a link to the listing.

Can’t sign in?

First try Forgot password on the sign-in page — you will get a reset link by email. If that doesn’t work, write to us from your registered email address. After checking that the account is yours, we can set a temporary password that you change at your next sign-in.

We will never ask for your password, OTP or verification code — by email, phone or any chat app.

Report a listing, member or scam

The fastest way is the Report button on the listing or profile — it goes straight to our moderators. For anything urgent or involving fraud, also email support@giveawayworld.online. If you have lost money, call your national cyber-fraud helpline: 1930 in India, 1441 in Thailand, 1326 in the Philippines.

Complaints and legal requests

Formal complaints about content, your personal data, or requests from authorities go to our Grievance Officer.
