Provider terms
อัปเดตล่าสุด: 3 ตุลาคม 2569
These terms apply when you register as a service provider on GiveAway. You accept them when you send your provider profile for approval. They come in addition to our Terms of Use and the Service terms that customers accept.
1. Who can be a provider
- You are at least 18 years old and legally allowed to work, or to run this business, in the country of your account.
- You register either as an individual (you do the work yourself) or as a company (a registered business with one or more workers).
- You offer services only in the country of your account, and only services you are able and allowed to perform. Where the law requires a licence, registration or permit for a trade, you hold it.
2. You are an independent business
You offer your services to customers in your own name. Nothing in these terms makes you our employee, worker, agent or partner. You decide which services you offer, at what price inside the allowed range, when you work, and which bookings you accept.
- You are responsible for your own taxes and social contributions, for issuing any tax invoice or official receipt the law requires, and for your own registrations.
- You are responsible for your tools, materials, transport, and for the people who work for you — including their pay, safety and conduct.
- We recommend liability insurance that covers damage at customers’ homes. We do not insure your work.
3. Registration and documents
We ask for an identity document and a photo of you (individuals), or a business registration and the identity document of the responsible person (companies), and a trade licence for some services. Your information must be true and current.
Documents are stored in a private area that only you and our review team can open. They are deleted a short time after the decision on your application; we keep a record that the check was done. See our Privacy Policy.
We may refuse or remove a profile, or ask for new documents, at our reasonable discretion — for example when documents cannot be verified.
4. Your services and prices
- You set your price for each package inside the range shown for your country. The price you set is the price the customer pays; it must include any tax you have to charge.
- You honour the price of an accepted booking. Extra work is done only after the customer agreed to its price, and you enter the extra amount honestly when completing the job.
- Customers you meet through the Platform book you through the Platform. Asking a customer to cancel and book privately in order to avoid the commission leads to suspension.
5. Bookings
- Keep your working hours and days off up to date and answer requests quickly. Unanswered requests expire.
- Arrive on time. If you cannot come, cancel in the booking as early as possible and tell the customer in the chat.
- Start the job with the customer’s 4-digit code and mark it complete only when the work is finished.
- The customer’s address and phone number are for this job only. Do not store them longer than needed, share them, or use them for advertising.
6. Commission, balance and payouts
Registration is free. We charge a commission on each completed job, as a percentage of the job’s total price. The current percentage for your country, the number of first jobs that are free of commission, any tax added to the commission, and all limits are shown on your Balance page before you accept a job. We announce changes in advance on that page; they apply to bookings accepted after the change.
- Customer pays you directly: you keep the full amount. The commission is deducted from your balance, which can become negative.
- Customer pays online: the payment company collects the money for you. When the job is completed, the job price is added to your balance and the commission is deducted.
- When the commission you owe is higher than the limit for your country, your profile is hidden and you cannot accept new jobs until you top up your balance.
- Money from online jobs is held while the customer can still report a problem (48 hours after completion). After that you can ask for a payout from the minimum amount shown on the Balance page; we send it to the account you entered. Wrong account details are your responsibility.
- When a booking is refunded after a justified complaint, the amounts for that booking are reversed on your balance.
When your profile is closed, a positive balance is paid out to you, and a negative balance remains payable to us.
7. Quality and conduct
- Work carefully, safely and to the standard a customer can reasonably expect. Follow the law and the safety rules of your trade.
- Be respectful. Harassment, discrimination, threats, theft, working under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and asking for payments outside the booking before the job are not tolerated.
- Only you, or workers of your registered company, may carry out a booking. Do not pass a booking to someone else.
- Do not offer services that are illegal or that you are not qualified for.
8. Reviews and complaints
Customers can review you after a completed job. You must not write, buy or pressure anyone into reviews. When a customer reports a problem we ask you for your side and decide fairly on the evidence; you accept our decision about the commission and the amounts on your balance for that booking. You remain responsible to the customer for your work.
9. Pausing, suspension and leaving
You can pause your profile or stop being a provider at any time; finish or cancel open bookings first. We may suspend or remove a profile that breaks these terms, puts customers at risk, or has repeated justified complaints. Where possible we tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
10. Responsibility
You are responsible for your work and for damage or loss you or your workers cause. If a customer or an authority makes a claim against us because of your work or because you broke the law or these terms, you will compensate us for the resulting cost, to the extent the law allows.
We provide the Platform with reasonable care but do not promise any number of bookings or uninterrupted availability.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will tell providers before a change that affects fees. Questions: support@giveawayworld.online.
12. Thailand
You are responsible for your own registrations and taxes, including VAT where it applies to you, and for holding any work permit or licence your work requires. Payouts are made in Thai baht to a bank account or PromptPay number in your name in Thailand.
